METHODS
OF PAYMENT
Our server is secure. We accept four major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard,
Discover and American Express (Credit Card orders are for USA customers
only). Due to address verification limitations, we cannot accept or process
gift cards or international credit cards of any kind.
Our server
is very strict about credit card holder information. Please provide proper
billing information exactly as it appears on your monthly billing statement
from the card-issuing bank. We will verify your address with your bank
before shipping your order.
Since our server is very strict about credit card holder information,
all orders will be shipped to the billing address ONLY.
If the credit card billing address does not match with your shipping address,
or the issuing bank's records, we will attempt to contact you to confirm
you are the cardholder.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- United
States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) is our standard
method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
- FREE SHIPPING - We pay ground shipping cost on
all orders of $89.99 or more to destinations within the continental United
States (lower 48 states). Items 10 pounds or more or complete skateboards
or components for a complete skateboard may
be assessed a handling and shipping charge.
- We
will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order,
or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.

Shipments
to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping
cost.

Shipments
going to APO's, FPO's and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal
- Skateboardlink is not responsible for any delays in shipping once
it has left our warehouse and or any tariffs or custom fees that the carrier
may charge the customer for pick-up or delivery.

- The shipping address has to match the billing address, due to high fraud
on the internet we only ship to the billing address associated with the
credit card. We do not ship to alternative addresses.

Prices in this catalog are subject to change without notice. Please e-mail

Substitutions
Skateboardlink reserves the right to substitute like product for like product
if the product you ordered is out of stock to make your order complete.
I.E.: Red wheels for red wheels, black trucks or black trucks.

FAQ:
1. HOW
DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER ONLINE? WHERE'S MY TRACKING NUMBER?
An email confirmation is sent to the email address that you provided during
checkout. This confirms that we have received your order. A second email
is sent to you confirming shipment the day your order has shipped. That
Email will also contain your tracking number so be sure your email account
spam blockers will allow this email. You can also get your shipping tracking
number by logging in to your order. Your tracking number will be posted
the day your order ships.
2. WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
The day your order ships. If we have to special order directly from the manufacture you will be charged in advance. Unless your credit card was declined by our
system for whatever reason. Which in that case, we would not get a "good"
order from you, and you would not be charged anything but your time for
trying.
3. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Yes we do ship Internationally. *** Please be aware that your order can only be shipped to the billing address of your credit card.
4. PRODUCT ORDERED DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURE?
* If we are out of stock on the product you order and we order it directly from the manufacture it CANNOT be canceled .
5. WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
* Your credit card/billing information was incomplete or incorrect. Billing
information must be current and match that of the card holder's monthly
billing statement from the card issuing bank.
* We, and the manufacturer are currently out of stock of the particular
item or items you ordered.
6. I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I EXCHANGE IT OR RETURN IT?
Exchanges and returns are accepted only under the following circumstance:
* All returns or exchanges are sent back in the allotted time of 15 days
from the date you received the package. You must fill out the printable
return form, and write an RMA number on the box in several places. An
RMA number is the letters RMA and then your order number. We do not accept
returns from Alaska,
Hawaii
or Canada.
- Once your return is received credits to your account may take up to
30 days for refund.
- A 20% restocking
fee will be charged on return orders.
- If an order is sent back that had free shipping, shipping charges will
be charged plus a restocking fee.

- IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE BOX IN
SEVERAL PLACES (NOT THE LABEL) AND WITHOUT AN RMA FORM IN THE PACKAGE
IT WILL BE REFUSED AND SENT BACK AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
Refunds
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping
pre-paid and include a completed Return Form. All items must be unused
in original packaging, with the original packing slip included. Any discrepancies
could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. All products
will be inspected upon receipt in our warehouse. If it is determined that
the product does not meet our return guidelines, it will be sent back
to you. All orders shipped with free freight discount and returned for
refund will be charged the original shipping fees. All refused packages
will be charged a 50% restocking fee and shipping charges.
Clothing
All items must be unused and include the original packaging. Clothing
must be clean, un-wrinkled and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet
hair, no human hair, no smoke smell.
Shoes
Shoes must not be worn any sock fuzz/lint, human or pet hair, dirt, or
any other foreign substances before returning them and included in the
original undamaged packaging. SHOES MUST NOT BE LACED! You should try
your shoes on inside on clean carpet to make sure your shoes stay clean
and returnable. Shoe boxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels
on them you should use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes.
If shoes are returned not in the manner in which they were received you
will forfeit portions of your credit. In-addition if we are out of stock in your size and we had to special order them directly from the manufacture your order will be pre-paid and may not be canceled without a restocking fee.
Skateboard
Decks
Decks are constructed of laminated layers of wood and can crack or break
upon impact. The skateboard manufacturers cannot warrant this from happening.
Skateboard decks are not warranted and cannot be returned or exchanged.
* We made an error on your order. If this is the case, you can send the
order back and Skateboardlink.com will refund your shipping. We will promptly
re-ship you the correct item(s).
7.CHARGEBACKS
If we receive an invalid chargeback from a customer and we are charged a chargeback
fee's. We reserve the right to asses a filing fee's back to the customer.
8.SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
If your order is a special item or out of stock and has to be ordered
directly from the manufacture, it may not be canceled and is charged upfront.
If returned there will be a 50% restocking fee.
9.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We process all Internet orders 24-72 hours from the date you place your
order with us. USA credit card orders typically take 3-10 business day
to ship.
10. I'VE EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE 3 TIMES YET STILL NO REPLY...
You are not providing the details we need to find you in our system. Or,
maybe you did not use the customer service email address which is info@Skateboardlink.com
Here is what our customer service department requires to assist you:

* Shipping name (first & last)
* A brief explanation of the situation.

11. I
WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER, BUT THERE ARE NO SIZE OPTIONS.
If there are no size options to choose from on the site, we are currently out of stock.
12. WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?
You have not been charged twice. We authorize every card when the order
is placed. An authorization will look like a charge on your statement,
however it falls off in 24-72 hours or contact your credit card issuer.
You will not be charged until the order is ready to ship.
13. MY ORDER WAS CANCELED BY Skateboardlink.COM, WHEN WOULD THE FUNDS
BE PUT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT?
If your order was canceled, you have not and will not be charged.
